Do any of you talk/walk in your sleep? I know I do, but I'm having a harder time convincing Joe that he does, in fact, do the same thing. It's always fun the next morning to explain what the other one said or did.
Joe's been going through a burrowing stage lately. I don't sleep as deep as I once did .. stupid potty breaks .. and get out of bed quite a bit. When I woke up once, I was taking up about a foot of the bed. Joe was sleeping with his back right next to me with his feet sticking out, almost off his side of the bed. I nudged him a little and asked him to move over.
"Ugghhhh," he groaned quite angerly.
"Move over, please." I thought my asking nicer would improve the situation. Nope.
"What? I'm sleeping."
In his defense, he did end up moving once I again nudged him a couple more times in the ribs with my pointy elbows.
**SIDE NOTE: I think God made women's elbows pointy for this very reason of getting husbands to move over. Even after I've gained all this baby weight, my elbows are still a good weapon for my defense. =)
Funny. Just be glad he doesn't snore. Pointy elbows can't always fix that.
ReplyDeletejustin laughs in his sleep. its a little creepy...
ReplyDeleteDan is a sleep walker and talker. He doesn't believe me, but he is hilarious. I am bound and determined to get it caught on tape sometime. Just for you info. Dan is the one at the top of the slide pushing his kids down it. And you are welcome to come try the big slide in Twin anytime. I might recommend after the baby is born.
