we found mother goose!

Joe and I decided to go on a scooter date to first dam the other day. Who knew ducks were so fond of graham crackers! We had fun throwing full grahams to the seagulls and watching the melee that ensued. We then went in hunt for the geese thinking they would be more fun to watch fighting over a graham cracker! Unfortunately, all the geese had left. All except one. She was staying in one area and made sure none of the ducks got too close. We found her nest and the eggs that she was protecting.

This is Joe's brave attempt to get the ducks to eat right in front of him. The duck on the far right is badly in need of some breast lift surgeries! The evening was kind of cold, but fun. Notice Joe's hat? He had to wear it because is hair is so long and gets puffy when he drives his scooter.
