migraine sufferers

What do you take/do to relief migraine headaches?

I get the ones that I'm sensitive to light and noise. I throw up a lot (sorry, too much info). And I feel the after affects for about a day and a half. I usually take 2 maximum strength Tylenol, but they don't always work. Last night I took Ibrupofen 800 mg (the stuff they give you after having a baby) and that didn't work great either.

I am 8 pounds away from being at my pre-pregnancy weight. Can I get a what-what! After that, I will work on loosing 10 additional pounds and loosing inches so I can get my freaking amazing shopping spree! Once the air starts getting better I'm gonna hit the trails. Does anybody want a walking buddy?

I guess it was a little premature, but he's cute nonetheless. I don't know what it is, but he will tuck his arms in his cribs and in the high chair.

feeding corban

We are feeding Corban rice cereal just so he can get used to the whole idea of food coming from a dish and spoon rather than just a bottle. Anyhoo ... He took matters into his own hands.

Is anyone else suffering from this awful air? My eyes are burning, my throat is starting to itch a little and both Corban and I have stuffy noses this morning. I hat red air days. Yuck.

On a different note, Corban is starting to roll over! Neither Joe nor I have actually seen him do it, but I'll flip him onto his stomach at night and in the morning he's on his back. Or, like last night, he flipped onto his belly. I don't know how long he slept like this, but his hand was stuck beneath him when I got him this morning. Cute little stinker.
