corban

Just wanted to share some more pictures of our little Corban. He is a month old now and at his last doctor's visit he weighed 10 pounds and measured in at 22 inches.

His skin color is a lot better since he was first born; not so yellow any more. People are starting to tell me that he looks more like me. I know he has my nose and chin, but I still think he looks like Joe.

I know belly sleeping is not what doctors recommend, but sometimes it's the only way Corban will fall asleep. This is how he is positioned when I wake him up from his naps.

These PJs are my all time favorite PJs. That's probably why he invariably pees, poops, or pukes on them the first night I put him in them. I think he's trying to tell me something. No more pictures mom!

This pic is right after a bath. His hair gets all fluffy and sticks up every where. I kind of think he looks like the King in these PJs.

  1. even befor I read your note I thought that he looked like the King too. I wont ask about the sleeping thing till I pop in one day when you least exspect it. I hope that when I do come he is happy. Cute pictures by the way

  3. One of my favorite things about bathtime is the baby's hair and the smelly lotion! Mmmmm... What a cutie! Do you like to "bite" his cheeks? :)

  4. I love the new pictures. I love his hair in the last one. Ashlie's hair use to do that. And for the record, I will always remember the monster that we saw in Sis. Hancocks yard. How could you forget? SPOOKY.

  6. I cut my hair about two weeks before we came out to Colorado. Surprisingly, I didn't want to cry! I had asked her to do it a bit differently than she did it, but it works! It usually looks better than the pic shows - in the pic it's kind of yucky!

  7. I love the belly-sleep photo. He is super cute but that's no surprise with you for a mom. :)

  8. The girl that I commented on about the photo class thing did teach us stuff about taking pictures - although I can't remember much that she said, but what I was referring to was that she said, "Don't get mad, take a picture!" When things happen that might cause you to anger, she said grab the camera. So, that's what I was referring to! :) I still don't know how to take a picture - I know, the tablespoon looked like a poopoo! :)ha ha ha So, what's been teh hardest thing about the baby life?
